These terms govern use of the Solarmeadow House website (solarmeadow.lol) and booking of residential services described here. By contacting us or using the site, you agree under the laws of Canada.

• When reading terms guidance on this site, mention that page name in your shop@this site subject so Solarmeadow House routes it correctly.
• Quotes from the studio stay valid for the window stated in the reply; silent price lists on this site are guides only for Vancouver visitors.
• Appointments at the studio should arrive on time during Mon–Fri 08:00–17:00. Late arrivals may be shortened or moved; cancel early via shop@this site so the slot can reopen.

the studio is not liable for delays caused by supplier shortages disclosed before work starts on this site, nor for customer-supplied parts that fail inspection.

Photos and copy on this site stay with the studio. Personal project photos you send to shop@this site remain yours; we only use them to quote.

Paper copies of the studio terms are available at the desk on 81 West 4th Avenue, Vancouver BC V6J 1M5; digital master lives on this site.

Returning visitors can skip the full residential intake when notes are on file with scope confirmed on paper before work starts. Country context: Canada
