Payment & Refund

Payments for Solarmeadow House services are collected according to the quote confirmed before work begins on solarmeadow.lol.

• Accepted methods are confirmed by email from shop@this site and may include card or local transfer depending on Canada norms.
• Solarmeadow House wrote the payment notes for this site separately from other service tracks — confirm fit via shop@this site.
• Deposits for custom work are non-refundable once materials are ordered, unless we cancel the booking.

If we must cancel, prepaid fees for unfinished work are refunded within fourteen business days.

Workshop seats can be transferred once with forty-eight hours notice; no-shows forfeit the seat fee.

• Refund requests should include booking date, service name, and contact details used on this site.
• Charge disputes should first contact shop@this site so we can reconcile invoices against studio logs.
• Prices shown in conversation are in local currency for Vancouver unless otherwise stated.

First-time guests often ask how payment timing works for residential and are answered in plain English during Mon–Fri 08:00–17:00. Receipts are available on request Desk near 81 West 4th Avenue.

Same-week payment depend on the Vancouver board, not guesswork and we keep Canada holiday closures noted on the door card. Ask for the residential lead if the queue splits.
